All copyrights, trademarks, patents, intellectual property rights, and other ownership rights related to the Websites remain the property of the Company at all times.
The Websites and/or Services are protected both as works under copyright law and as databases to which the Company holds the rights of author and producer.

All texts, layouts, drawings, photographs, films, graphics, and other elements of the Websites are protected by copyright.
Copying, adapting, modifying, translating, arranging, publishing, renting, or any other exploitation, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, or otherwise) is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Company.

Any infringement may result in civil or criminal prosecution.
